City Council Meeting February 14, 2012

These are Los Angeles County Documents that were put into the City's Public Record that Specifically say where the Revenue from the Oil Project is to go.  There is NO MONEY designated to the City's General Fund or Parks and Rec budget.  It only goes to Open Spaces.  That means the City will not be receiving any "WINDFALL" of money.  Please read the documents

These are the documents that I put into public record that tell how the oil project got started.  These are the e-mails between the City and Matrix about the landfill, Settlement agreement between the City, Chevron and Mc Farland and the "Letter of Intent"  between the City of Whittier and Matrix Oil in November 2007.
